All wholesale/consignment retail, e-tail purchases and recipients of ties given in collaborations and/or sample orders are subject to non-compete terms and conditions as outlined by INK, LLC below.

NON-COMPETE: 

All wholesale/consignment retail, e-tail purchasers and recipients of ties given in collaborations and/or sample orders [collectively referred to as "Receiving Parties"] agree, for a period of 5 years after receipt of INK, LLC product, to not directly or indirectly engage in any business or product manufacture that competes with products offered by INK, LLC / INK TIE CO. / INK Menswear or any DBA associated to INK, LLC. "Competition" is defined but not limited to using INK, LLC art, messaging, fabric designs, logo, patterns and/or Tongue & Tail(TM) tie design in the manufacture or distribution of like products. Receiving Parties are welcome to sell competitive and associated products, but the production and/or manufacture of INK, LLC proprietary intellectual, artistic and material property is strictly prohibited.
